Bid now: Klopp glasses and captain's armband in charity auction
A host of matchday items and mementos from Liverpool's clash with Manchester United last month are up for auction to support the 'Seeing is Believing' initiative.
For the fifth successive year, Liverpool FC and Standard Chartered have partnered to raise awareness of the cause, which is dedicated to eliminating avoidable blindness.
In October, the Reds replaced the main sponsor’s logo on their shirts to that of ‘Seeing is Believing’ for the Premier League meeting with rivals United.
And items from the game, including signed match-worn jerseys and boots, Jordan Henderson’s captain’s armband and a pair of signed replica Jürgen Klopp glasses are up for auction online.
Click here to bid on the limited edition items before Tuesday November 8.
All proceeds will be donated to ‘Seeing is Believing’ and all donations matched by Standard Chartered.
Since 2003, the charity has aided more than 123million people around the world through medical interventions, eye examinations and eye-health education.
More than 285million people worldwide currently suffer from visual impairment issues – but 80 per cent of cases are curable or preventable.
