Ings and Woodburn present local pupils with free match tickets
Danny Ings and Ben Woodburn visited a local school on Friday to hand over tickets for an upcoming Liverpool game in conjunction with the club’s Red Neighbours programme.
The Reds duo met with Whitefield Primary School’s Year 5 pupils to present them with free tickets for the Premier League meeting with West Ham United at Anfield later this month, before taking part in a Q&A and having photographs taken with the youngsters.
As part of Red Neighbours' focus on creating memorable experiences for young people, over 1,000 free tickets will be donated to local schools throughout the 2017-18 campaign.
A total of 55 tickets are provided for each home game, with 21 primary and four high schools in the L4, L5 and L6 postcodes benefitting across the season.
