It was a win that clinched the Reds second place in the Premier League and consigned Ipswich to relegation on a day when both sides gave credence their end of league standings.

Gerard Houllier's Reds tore Ipswich apart to consolidate their place as runners-up in the league for the first time since 1991, seven points behind champions Arsenal and three points clear of rivals Manchester United, while George Burley's men joined Derby and Leicester in Division One.

Ipswich conceded 11 goals to Liverpool during the 2001-02 campaign and on the final day of the season, John Arne Riise clinched two of them in the space of just over half an hour to give the Reds a two-goal lead.

Michael Owen made it three just after half-time before Vladimir Smicer and Nicolas Anelka rounded off the season in style for the Reds.

Each weeknight during the summer we'll reveal four more from our countdown from 6pm BST on LFC TV. 11-minute highlights will then be available on LFC TV Online the following morning. LFC TV is available FREE to view on SKY channel 434 and Virgin channel 544 (as part of the XL pack).
