Noel's tribute to families of the 96
Noel Gallagher paid his respects to the families of the 96 Liverpool fans who lost their lives at Hillsborough after the Independent Panel revealed its findings on Wednesday.
Gallagher has always had good words to say about the city of Liverpool and its people. On May 25, 2005, to celebrate the Reds winning the Champions League, his band Oasis took to the stage at their concert in London with You'll Never Walk Alone playing in the background.
Last Thursday the Manchester musician performed at the Liverpool Echo Arena with his band Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and in his online tour diary he sent a special message of support to the Hillsborough families.
