On Friday night in Singapore, 17 players will prepare to represent Liverpool in the inaugural NexLions Cup - but just how much do you know about the youngsters who'll be pulling on the famous red shirt?

First team player you most admire: In my position, Glen Johnson. Obviously the captain Steven Gerrard is also someone you just have to admire

Most memorable career highlight so far: My first game in a proper stadium when we played Rosenborg at St Helens
First team player you most admire: Steven Gerrard and Paul Scholes due to their consistency at the highest level all throughout their careers

Worst moment of career so far: When one of my family passed away last year. It was very hard to deal with but Liverpool really supported me and helped me cope
Best piece of advice you've been given: Always be confident in myself and stay positive
Best player in the world: Messi
Best match you've seen: The 4-4 draw between Liverpool and Arsenal. I was on the pitch at half-time for the Player of the Month presentation and the atmosphere was incredible
