Prolific Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is used to catching Barclays Premier League defenders off guard, but it was a group of youngsters at school who were recently caught unaware by the No.15.

In the highlight of two brand new episodes of LFC TV's 'Kop Kids' - the programme made by kids, for kids - the Englishman took a trip to Anfield Junior School to play a hidden camera prank on the pupils.

As the children shared their passion for the Reds and revealed their favourite LFC players to the show, Sturridge lurked outside the classroom waiting for an opportunity to surprise the young fans inside.

What followed was predictably entertaining, with the 24-year-old teaching his new friends how to perform his unique dance celebration after their initial surprise of seeing him had dissipated.

There was even an unforgettable conversation between Sturridge and an Evertonian who, unlike the majority of her fellow students, was not overwhelmed by the presence of a professional footballer.
