Coutinho and Hendo among four changes

Jordan Henderson returns to captain the side at Anfield, with Kolo Toure dropping to the bench and Emre Can restored to the Reds' three-man defence.
Lazar Markovic is eligible after being suspended for the midweek European tie in Istanbul and is selected in place of Jordon Ibe on the right flank.
And in attack, Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana are chosen to support Raheem Sterling. Mario Balotelli and Daniel Sturridge are named among the substitutes.
Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Lovren, Can, Skrtel, Henderson, Allen, Moreno, Markovic, Coutinho, Lallana, Sterling.
Substitutes: Ward, Toure, Lambert, Sturridge, Borini, Balotelli, Williams.
