Tuesday evening's Players' Awards ceremony at the Echo Arena in Liverpool will be available to watch exclusively live on LFCTV HD and LFCTV GO from 8pm BST.
The event will celebrate the individual achievements of players, staff and supporters during the current campaign and honour the feats of Steven Gerrard.
Saturday saw the captain say an emotional farewell to Anfield ahead of his summer departure for America, and more special tributes will be paid to the Reds icon tonight.
Thousands of fans will be there to join manager Brendan Rodgers, the first-team playing staff, Academy talents and Liverpool Ladies as personal accolades are presented.
Supporters have cast their vote to decide winners in the categories of Player of the Year, Young Player of the Year, Performance of the Year and Goal of the Year.
The players themselves have chosen their respective star performers, plus a number of staff and fans will collect prizes courtesy of a series of recognition awards.
Tune in to LFCTV HD from 8pm BST in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland to watch the ceremony in the heart of the city as it happens.
