A further six images have today been released to the public by Operation Resolve as part of its appeal for potential witnesses at Hillsborough who officers would like to speak to on behalf of the coroner.

This new tranche of photographs is the eighth to be shared since an initial batch of pictures to be identified was provided earlier this year.

They show people who assisted some of those who tragically lost their lives at the stadium disaster on April 15, 1989.

Today's release involves the publication of six images featuring 11 individuals that investigators need to talk to.

In total to date, 41 people have been identified of the 92 sought from 77 pictures - meaning 51 remain unidentified as it stands.

The public are asked to visit www.operationresolve.co.uk to view the full gallery of photographs and they can also call 08000 283284 if they can identify an image.
