Liverpool FC experienced issues earlier today with the processing of card payments during the Members' ticket sale due to unexpected power failure.

This was quickly identified and the club's contingency plan was actioned, resulting in processing being temporarily postponed. This action minimised the inconvenience to our Members and allowed failing transactions to be completed.

While we continue to investigate the cause of the unexpected power failure at one of LFC's sites, it is important to note that this was not as a result of system failure or server overload but an issue directly related to a power outage that occurred.
