Liverpool warmed up for Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash with West Bromwich Albion at Anfield in special t-shirts to show their support for the club's official Foundation Day.

A number of initiatives and activities took place across the club and local community on the day in order to help raise funds for the Reds' charity.

All money raised will support the Foundation’s community programmes, including its men’s health programme, military veterans programme, and football development programmes such as Respect 4 All, which provides sporting activity for young people and adults with severe physical and neurological impairments.

And Liverpool's first-team stars helped raise awareness by sporting these t-shirts during their pre-match warm up routine.

To celebrate the launch of LFC Foundation Day, a number of incredible money-can’t-buy items are set to go under the virtual hammer as part of an online auction hosted by charitystars.com.

Auction prizes include a game of golf for you and a friend with Liverpool FC vice-captain James Milner, and a Brazilian dinner with Lucas Leiva, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino.

In addition, the LFC Foundation will host two online raffles with fantastic prizes up for grabs including the ultimate matchday experience and the opportunity to dine with Reds boss Jürgen Klopp.

All proceeds from the auctions and raffles will support the Liverpool FC Foundation and its programmes in the community.
