Skrtel scoops November's best strike award
Martin Skrtel's fantastic strike in the 4-1 win over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium has been voted by fans as Liverpool's EA SPORTS Goal of the Month for November.
The Slovakian international put the seal on a brilliant display when he fired home a stunning volley beyond the reach of Joe Hart and into the back of the net.
The strike picked up 37 per cent of the total votes cast and finished ahead of Roberto Firmino's first goal in a red shirt, coming in the same game at the Etihad.
Philippe Coutinho's superb effort, also during the victory at City, took third spot.
Christian Benteke's brilliant finish against Bordeaux in the Europa League tie at Anfield came in fourth, while Jordon Ibe's strike against Rubin Kazan was fifth.
