In our latest fan blog from 90min.com, Liverpool supporter Cormac O'Shea discusses the Reds' trip to face an in-form Chelsea side at Stamford Bridge.

It was this fixture last season which saw Jürgen Klopp get his first win in the Premier League as manager of Liverpool.

On that occasion, a 3-1 victory with goals from Philippe Coutinho (two) and Christian Benteke was a sign of some of the great football that was to come from Klopp’s team.

A similar result this evening would be very welcome, although you can expect it to be a lot tougher this time around with Chelsea in a good place compared to last season.

However, there is no reason why we should not go into this game with every expectation that three points is very real possibility.

Last week's performance against Leicester City was simply brilliant - every single attack looked like it would yield a goal.

The same could almost be said of when we beat Arsenal at Emirates but Klopp still needs his team to find consistency.

Back-to-back wins would be huge and a victory at Stamford Bridge is always a special result.

One would expect the team to be largely the same as last week, though Lucas may drop out with Dejan Lovren possibly returning after his eye injury.

Lovren and Joel Matip could turn out to be a great partnership but they will be tested to the maximum when they come up against Diego Costa at the Bridge.

For all the criticism about his behaviour on the pitch there is no denying that Costa is a quality player and, as he showed against Swansea, he will be the biggest threat to Simon Mignolet’s goal.

Not only will Costa be a constant nuisance but Eden Hazard is back to his best and our defence is going to need to be on the top of their game to keep him at bay.

Under Antonio Conte, Chelsea are a solid unit at the back but also very dangerous in attack, so any mistakes will likely be punished and result in a defeat.

For us, more of the same will certainly do. So far this season, Sadio Mane has been electric, and if he can show his best form again this time we could be set for a good night.

The availibility of Coutinho for this fixture creates a conundrum for Klopp - just who would you take out of the team from last week?

The game is likely to be an exciting one; both teams have pace and flair in their attack and that could lead to an end-to-end game of football.

But this Liverpool team is full of goals and we can expect to score a few more this time.

Usually, a draw would be a great result away to Chelsea, but a win would be huge and show that the Reds are contenders at the top this season.

Consistency is what we have lacked under Klopp so far, two wins in a week against the champions of the last two seasons is exactly what we need to show we are moving in the right direction.
