No.5: Heskey on fire as the Reds win at Pride Park
Emile Heskey was in unstoppable form as he fired a hat-trick to help the Reds hammer Derby County 4-0 at Pride Park in October 2000.
Despite Gerard Houllier being forced to make two substitutions in the opening 21 minutes when injury forced off Vegard Heggem and Michael Owen, the Reds produced a superb display.
Heskey went on to register his first ever hat-trick in senior football with three brilliant goals, and Patrik Berger made it 4-0 with a sensational long-range effort after a great passing move.
