Behind the scenes images: Reds get set for Melwood session
It’s day two of Liverpool’s pre-season programme and the squad undertook a ball-work session for the first time this summer on Tuesday morning – and our photographer was on hand to capture behind-the-scenes snaps of the lads getting ready to head out onto the sun-kissed pitches.
The players and staff gathered to don their boots for the day’s maiden workout, during which they did some aerobic exercises prior to a range of passing drills.
