Milan and Italy defender wanted by Klopp
Jürgen Klopp would reportedly love to sign AC Milan defender Mattia De Sciglio for Liverpool.
De Sciglio has been linked with a move away from Milan this summer and his agent Donato Orgnoni confirmed in June a number of clubs are in for the defender.
"Of course, we've had a look at the transfer market, we're waiting to see what Milan want to do because we haven't yet spoken to them," Orgnoni said.
"Yes, among the clubs we've talked to there's Napoli."
According to Italian newspaper Gazzetta di Parma, Liverpool are also among the clubs showing an interest in De Sciglio.
The report says Klopp would love to sign the versatile full-back who can play on either the left or right flank.
Milan will reportedly demand a fee in the region of £16million and are said to be willing to sell for De Sciglio.
He made just 29 appearances for Milan last term, competing with experienced duo Ignazio Abate and Luca Antonelli for a place in the first-team.
De Sciglio has 26 caps for Italy and featured at the 2013 Confederations Cup, 2014 World Cup and this summer's European Championships in France.
