Rumours: Foxes star seeks assurances amid Reds' interest
Liverpool continue to be linked with a move for Leicester winger Demarai Gray.
Despite spending a club record fee on Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah this summer, the Reds still crop up in reports about Gray's future at Leicester City.
The 21-year-old is very highly rated at the King Power Stadium, but his lack of consistency has resulted in him being in and out of Craig Shakespeare's side.
And now The Mirror report that the Reds and Tottenham are sniffing around as Gray seeks assurances about his first team prospects next season.
Gray impressed for England U21s this summer, scoring twice for Aidy Boothroyd’s side as they reached the semi-finals of the European Championships.
But he only made nine Premier League starts for the Foxes last term and admitted he found the season “very tough” after being used off the bench 21 times.
However it is reported that Leicester are desperate to keep hold of the young winger.
Elsewhere today and Liverpool are also being linked with a move for former Leicester striker Andrej Kramaric.
Kramaric scored 18 times in 36 appearances for German side Hoffenheim last season and has drawn interest from the likes of Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid.
The Croatian did struggle in the Premier League with Leicester, however.
