RB Leipzig determined to keep Naby Keita
RB Leipzig have once again issued a hands-off warning to Liverpool over midfielder Naby Keita.
Leipzig have already rejected an offer from Liverpool worth more than £57m for Keita, according to Sky in Germany.
Liverpool are expected to make a second offer for Keita this week and the Guinea international is open to the move.
But Leipzig, who finished second in the Bundesliga last season, are determined to keep both Keita and highly-regarded Swedish winger Emil Forsberg, who has been linked with a switch to AC Milan.
And Leipzig head coach Ralph Hasenhuttl insists the pair are happy and will not be leaving.
"You can see that they feel great here and are looking forward to the new season," Hasenhuttl told Kicker magazine. "They know very well what they have here.
"It's a huge compliment for us that we awoke such desires, but it's not the general idea of our path to allow players a transfer following the first available offer.
"Our goal is to become a big and established club, and what we did this summer is a substantial step towards it."
Liverpool have experienced some frustrations in the transfer market this summer with only Mohamed Salah and Dominic Solanke joining so far but Jurgen Klopp has urged Reds supporters to be patient.
