Reds linked with swoop for PSG star
Adrien Rabiot has admitted he would welcome a move to the Premier League and name-dropped Liverpool as a possible destination.
Rabiot has been a regular for PSG this season so far, starting all 11 matches.
But despite being part of a team that improved in the summer with additions of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, Rabiot has admitted he would welcome a move to the English top flight.
The 22-year-old is said to have attracted interest from Arsenal in recent years.
But Liverpool’s poor defensive record this season has led to pundits and former players demanding Jurgen Klopp improve their options at the back end of the pitch.
And Rabiot, who operates as the anchor to PSG’s midfield, admits that he supported Liverpool when he was younger.
"I think I would like to experience something else [outside Ligue 1]," said the 22-year-old.
"There are a lot of very good championships, it’s also very rewarding to go elsewhere.
"I would love to play in the Premier League, not necessarily one club in particular, even though I was very fond of Liverpool when I was young."
