Liverpool not interested in move for PSG star
Liverpool have no interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
The Reds were strongly linked this week with a move for the 23-year-old, who is out of contract with the French champions at the end of the season.
One report claimed representatives of the Reds had made contact with both the mother and the agent of the player, and suggested Klopp had spoken to Rabiot on the phone regarding a transfer.
However, Liverpool are understood to be baffled by such stories, with Klopp having had no conversations with the France international in private or otherwise to discuss an imminent deal.
The Reds boss is happy with his midfield options having splashed out almost £100million in the summer to sign Naby Keita and Fabinho.
Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson, Gini Wijnaldum and James Milner are other central options, with all three having started the 2-1 win at Leicester City last Saturday that continued the Reds' 100% start to the Premier League this season.
Rabiot's future at PSG is in doubt with the player having thus far shown little interest in signing a new contract.
The midfielder will be at Anfield later this month, however, with the Reds taking on PSG in their Champions League Group C opener.
