Can I purchase tickets on behalf of my qualifying friends and family members?
Yes, to purchase tickets on behalf of any qualifying friends and family members, your accounts must be linked. Log in to ‘My Account’ to check details of friends and family you are linked to.
As a Priority Right Holder can I purchase tickets with friends/family who are eligible Season Ticket Holders or Members?
Yes, during the guaranteed only sale that takes place from 8.15am on Monday February 5 until 7.30am on Wednesday February 7.
All other supporters are required to enter a ballot subject to the qualifying criteria and it is not possible for Priority Rights Holders to purchase tickets with anyone successful in the ballot.
What is the age limit to purchase a junior ticket?
A junior is classed as being 16 years and under.
Children aged 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Children (under the age of 2) will not be permitted into the stadium.
I am eligible to purchase a ticket in the guaranteed sale taking place on Monday February 5, can I purchase my ticket with friends/family who are successful in the ballot instead?
No, it will not be possible for you to purchase tickets with anyone who is successful in the ballot. You can only purchase tickets within the sale taking place from 8.15am on Monday February 5 until 7.30am on Wednesday February 7.
If I purchase a ticket on Level 2, will I have hospitality access or Club Wembley North access?
No, you will only have access to a seat. These seats are padded and roomier than Level 1 or 5 seats. They also include a cup holder and programme holder.
I am in the Auto Cup Scheme, is my payment taken automatically?
No. Auto Cup Scheme payments are taken for home Cup matches only.

Where can I find information about the ballot?

Am I eligible to register for the ballot?
Ballot registration is available to Season Ticket Holders and Members who have recorded 3 Carabao Cup matches played during season 2023/24.
An email will also be sent on Friday January 26 to all supporters who are eligible to register for the ballot.
Can I still register my interest for the ballot if I forwarded one or more of my tickets for the Carabao Cup home games this season?
Yes, as long as the tickets were purchased in your name / supporter ID number. For season 2023/24 the match credit remains with the original purchaser.
Will I need to make a payment or enter card details when registering?
No, payment is not required during the registration process.
When and how will I be notified of the outcome of the ballot?
All emails informing supporters if they have been successful or not will be sent on Wednesday February 7.
Supporters will also be able to check ‘My Account’ after 2pm on Thursday February 8, to find out if they are successful or have been given a waiting list position.
If I register with other supporters, will we be entered into the ballot as a group?
- Registering together in a group will mean that those who are registered in the same transaction, will either ALL be successful or unsuccessful.
- If you require adult/junior tickets, please ensure you register together within the same transaction.
- If you require wheelchair/ personal assistant tickets or ambulant disabled/ personal assistant tickets, please ensure you register together within the same transaction.
If I am successful, do I have to purchase tickets with the supporters who I registered with?
No, you can either purchase on your own or together as a group.
If I am unsuccessful on the waiting list, will there be another opportunity to purchase tickets?
Supporters unsuccessful in the ballot will be given a waiting list number and contacted in numerical order by email on Monday February 12, with further details on how and when to buy tickets.
The number of tickets made available to supporters on the waiting list will depend on the number of tickets remaining following the guaranteed sales.
DISABLED SUPPORTERS
I am an ambulant disabled supporter; will I need to purchase specific disabled seating for this match?
Yes, please ensure you select seats that are marked AM and PA or any two other seats next to each other.
STADIUM ACCESS
On the recommendation of Wembley Stadium, Liverpool FC will use digital ticketing for allfans to access the Carabao Cup final at Wembley.
Supporters are reminded to only purchase from official sellers and to be aware of fraudulent tickets online.
All tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not available to distribute to other supporters.
All reports of ticket touting, or online ticket fraud, will be investigated in line with the Liverpool FC sanctions process. If a supporter has been found to have offered a ticket for sale online, this could result in a lifetime ban for that individual.
