Season Ticket Holders already have their seat reserved for all home Premier League fixtures.
Members
The majority of non-season ticket general admission tickets are sold in two All Red Ticket Sales which take place in July and November.
All Red members with 13+ Premier League home credits from the previous season are guaranteed a ticket during each All Red Ticket Sale.
The remaining tickets are balloted to eligible All Red members.
All Red members are eligible to enter the ballot for all games with the exception of the following:
- Arsenal
- Chelsea
- Everton
- Manchester City
- Manchester United
- Tottenham Hotspur
- Final home game of the season
To be eligible to enter the ballot for the above games, members must have accrued 4 or more Premier League home match credits from the previous season:

Additional Members Sale
The Additional Members Sale takes place approximately 1 week before each game.
Any tickets returned via the Ticket Exchange, are made available during this sale. As seats can be returned via the Ticket Exchange at any point during this period, eligible supporters are encouraged to visit the site on a regular basis.
All Red members can register for these sales on a game-by-game basis, subject to qualifying criteria. The registration period takes place approximately 2 weeks before the match, dates will be advertised here. Only supporters who register, have access to available tickets during the Additional Members Sale.
To be eligible to register for the Additional Members Sale for the following matches, members must have accrued a minimum number of Premier League home match credits from the previous season:
- Arsenal
- Chelsea
- Everton
- Manchester City
- Manchester United
- Tottenham Hotspur
- Final home game of the season
Typically, at least four Premier League home match credits from the previous season are required however this may be lowered depending on ticket availability and demand.

Local Members Sale

- All Red Members who have a registered address with an ‘L’ postcode are eligible to register for the ballot.

Ticket Forwarding
Supporters who do not already have a ticket can receive a ticket via Ticket Forwarding and must:
- Be linked to the account the ticket is being forwarded from via Friends & Family
- Have an All Red membership or a General Admission Pass.
