Following our recent announcement, the new policy being introduced from Season 2025/26 means season ticket holders must ensure their seat is used for at least 15 Premier League home games per season, to avoid any risk to renewing their season ticket for future seasons.
Season ticket holders unable to attend a Premier League home fixture are reminded of the options available to them to ensure their ticket is used:
Option 1 - Return your ticket to the Club using the Ticket Exchange
If you return your seat for a Premier League home game via the Ticket Exchange and your seat is re-sold, you will receive 100% of the cost of your seat back (i.e. the value of your season ticket divided by 19 games). You have the option to receive your money back in following ways:

We encourage season ticket holders who are unable to attend a Premier League home fixture to post their ticket on the Ticket Exchange as early as possible to maximise the opportunity for re-sale.
However, if you post your ticket on the Ticket Exchange and is doesn’t sell, although you will not receive the cost of your ticket back, it will still be counted as a used seat.

Option 2 - Forward your ticket to registered Friends or Family
Season ticket holders can use the official club channel to share match tickets with friends and family in a secure way, while also making Anfield more accessible and safer for fans by knowing who is in the stadium.
You can forward your ticket to one of your registered Friends and Family members in a secure way.
Sharing your ticket via our ticket forwarding service for a Premier League home fixture will still be counted as a used seat.
