Brendan Rodgers makes three changes to his Liverpool line-up to face Stoke City in Steven Gerrard's final game for the club on Sunday.

The No.8 captains the side at the Britannia Stadium, leading the Reds out in his 710th appearance of a glorious career.

He will take up an attacking role, with Joe Allen and Lucas Leiva introduced into midfield in two alterations from the team which lost to Crystal Palace last time out.

There's also a return for defender Mamadou Sakho, who partners Martin Skrtel at the back for the 3pm BST kick-off, Dejan Lovren dropping to the bench.
