Reds starlets earn England call-ups
A quartet of Liverpool starlets have today earned call-ups to England youth teams.
Cameron Brannagan and Ryan Kent, currently on loan at Coventry City, have been named in the Three Lions’ U20 squad for the Mercedes-Benz Elite Cup in Germany next week.
They’ll take on Holland next Wednesday before an encounter with Turkey on Saturday October 10. They conclude the tournament by facing the hosts on Tuesday October 13.
Meanwhile, Jordan Rossiter and Sheyi Ojo, who is currently enjoying a temporary spell with Wolverhampton Wanderers, are included in the England U19 squad.
The duo will contest UEFA European Championship 2016 qualifying matches against Macedonia, Finland and Italy in Skopje.
