The Reds moved top of the Premier League on Sunday afternoon with a 6-1 demolition of Watford at Anfield. Wijnaldum's first goal for the club rounded off the scoring against the Hornets, and the Dutchman told us afterwards that he feels honoured to be a Liverpool player.

"It's a blessing for everyone in the dressing room that we can be a part of this team and this club," the No.5 told Liverpoolfc.com.

Mane struck twice in the rout of Watford to take his tally of Anfield goals to five in just five appearances. With such an impressive record, it's no surprise the Senegal international feeling right at home in L4.

"I think Anfield is really lucky because I’m scoring every time!" he told us.

Liverpool scored 10 goals in the process of securing four wins and a draw from their five games in October.

The club's Goal of the Month competition was a close-run affair, but Philippe Coutinho's clever dummy and finish against West Bromwich Albion was the winner with 27 per cent of the public vote.
