Ahead of Brazil’s World Cup qualifier against South American rivals Argentina overnight, another snippet from the conversation between Coutinho and Firmino in last week’s #LFCWORLD sees the duo explain their ‘happy football’.

Karius has been speaking at length about adapting to Liverpool following his summer move from Mainz, why he could not wait to work with Jürgen Klopp and how his career started up front.

“What [people] expect of me is no less than I expect from myself,” the goalkeeper told Goal.com. “I want to be my very best for Liverpool.”

At the other end of the pitch, the Reds have been in sensational goalscoring form – racking up 40 in all competitions in their 14 games so far this season.

The secret, according to Adam Lallana, does not lie in a shared language but an innate understanding of where teammates are going to be on the pitch.
