When Liverpool signed a 20-year-old Philippe Coutinho from Inter Milan in January 2013 he arrived at Anfield declaring his intention to 'play good football to give my contribution on the pitch'.
It's fair to say the Brazilian quickly surpassed those humble targets and has developed into one of Europe's finest attacking talents.
A key man in Jürgen Klopp's side, his creative brilliance has regularly left Reds astonished and he has the goalscoring prowess to match. The words 'trademark Coutinho' instantly conjure an image of O Magico cutting in from the left, dropping his shoulder and curling a 25-yard strike into the top corner.
A clear favourite with the fans, Coutinho scooped a quartet of personal honours at the club's 2015 Players' Awards and repeated the trick in 2016.
