Liverpool have reportedly bid £19million to seal the transfer of Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Ter Stegen.

The Germany international has been unsettled at the Nou Camp for some time now, as he has surprisingly failed to establish himself as the club’s number one.

Still, Barca do not want to sell the talented 23-year-old, despite Don Balon claiming that Liverpool have made them an offer.

Manchester City have supposedly bid even higher at £23million, but Barcelona manager Luis Enrique is keen to have both Ter Stegen and Claudio Bravo available to him.
