Rumours: French journalist says Reds could move for Lacazette
Manchester United have Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Tottenham have Harry Kane, Manchester City have Sergio Aguero and Everton have Romelu Lukaku.
Liverpool need a goalscoring forward .. and one man Reds fans would love to see at Anfield is Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The 25-year-old Frenchman has scored 119 goals in 262 games for the Ligue 1 club, scoring 20-plus goals in each of his past four seasons.
French football expert Julien Laurens believes the striker is almost certain to leave Lyon in the summer, and he believes Liverpool could be a possible destination.
"I think he will go to England," he said on BT Sport.
"Whether that is Liverpool, Arsenal or Tottenham - I don't know. You will have to pay around £40m or £50m."
Liverpool were yesterday linked with Lacazette's strike partner at Lyon, Maxwel Cornet.
He has scored seven goals in 33 games for Lyon this season.
