Mike Goulden arrived at the Academy in May 2022 as a fitness coach.
Mike will predominantly work with the U18s but will also deliver athletic development across the youth development phase.
He had spent the previous four-and-a-haf years at Burnley FC providing physical performance support in their academy and more recently their first team.
Prior to this Mike gained experience at Bournemouth FC as an Academy Sports Science Intern and spent two years as a part-time foundation phase football coach whilst gaining his UEFA B coaching licence and FA Youth Award Modules 1-3.
