FA CUP

Multi-year loyalty has been introduced for the 2026/27 season.

As part of the transition to this new system, in this first year, only match credits earned for FA Cup home fixtures during the 2025/26 season will count towards your FA Cup Home Credit Balance. This balance will also determine your eligibility for the FA Cup Auto Cup Scheme enrolment for the 2026/27 season.

Change to the ballot process for 2026/27

The registration process for ACS enrolment has changed. Watch this video for a step-by-step guide on how to register.

Additionally, should a ballot be required, instead of allocating waiting list positions to those unsuccessful, we’ll re-ballot if spaces remain after seat selection closes.

Who Can Register?

Season Ticket Holders and *All Red Members.

Registration Dates:

  • Opens online from 11am Tuesday 23 June
  • Closes at 8am Monday 29 June

Important:

  • Registration does not guarantee enrolment
  • A ballot will be held if demand exceeds availability
  • *All Red Memberships (Full/Light/Junior) for season 2026/27 must be purchased before registering

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE REGISTRATION PERIOD?

Once the registration period has closed, if the number of registrations exceeds the available places on the scheme, we’ll run a ballot.

If a ballot is required, priority will be given to supporters with the highest number of FA Cup home games as recorded in their Credit Balance.

Supporters who are successful in the ballot will be emailed on Wednesday 1 July with a unique link to access the site and select their seat for the Auto Cup Scheme.

Following the end of the registration period, we can confirm that the number of supporters who registered their interest to enrol into the FA Cup ACS exceeded the number of available seats within the scheme.

  • Supporters who registered for a wheelchair bay with a FA Cup Home Credit Balance of two have been successful.
  • All other supporters who registered for a wheelchair bay were then entered into a ballot, and priority was given to those with one game recorded in their Credit Balance. Not all supporters with a FA Cup Home Credit Balance of one were successful.
  • All other supporters who registered were entered into a ballot and was priority given to those with two games recorded in their Credit Balance. Not all supporters with a FA Cup Home Credit Balance of two were successful.

ENROLMENT DATES

  • Enrolment opens online from 10am Tuesday 7 July

If any seats remain after the above enrolment periods, we will re-ballot any unsuccessful applications. Priority will again be given to those supporters with the highest number of FA Cup home games as recorded in their Credit Balance.
