STH - Additional Enrolment Period

Season ticket holders are subject to the same qualifying criteria as official members for enrolment, to ensure a fairer process for all supporters.  

Eligibility for Auto Cup Scheme enrolment for season 2022/23 is again based on home cup games recorded during season 2019/20 - as announced at the start of season 2021/22, match credits for tickets purchased during the 2021/22 season would not be used in future seasons.  

Your options are:

1. Enrol when you RENEW YOUR SEASON TICKET online – this period ended on May 24 2022.

2. Enrol during the Additional Enrolment Period for season ticket holders - this period ended on August 4 2022.

3. Register for the ballot

This guaranteed additional enrolment period will take place ONLINE from 8.15am Tuesday August 2 until 7.30am Thursday August 4. and is strictly for qualifying season ticket holders that do not enrol during the season ticket renewal period.

European Cup – Available to season ticket holders who recorded all four games:

• Salzburg (02.10.19)
• Genk (05.11.19)
• Napoli (27.11.19)
• Atletico Madrid (11.03.20)

FA Cup – Available to season ticket holders who recorded both games:

• Everton (05.01.20)
• Shrewsbury Town (04.02.20)

League Cup – Available to season ticket holders who recorded:

• Arsenal (30.10.19)

The benefits of this enrolment period are: 

• A guaranteed opportunity to select a different seat to your usual Premier League seat. 
• A guaranteed opportunity to select seats together with other qualifying season ticket holders you’d like to attend the match with.

European Cup – Available to season ticket holders who recorded at least one of the following games:

• Salzburg (02.10.19)
• Genk (05.11.19)
• Napoli (27.11.19)
• Atletico Madrid (11.03.20)

FA Cup – Available to season ticket holders who recorded at least one of the following games:

• Everton (05.01.20)
• Shrewsbury Town (04.02.20)

League Cup – Available to season ticket holders who recorded:

• Arsenal (30.10.19)

The ballot registration period will open ONLINE from 10am Monday July 4 until 7.30am Friday July 15 .
 

• This gives qualifying season ticket holders (that have not yet enrolled) an opportunity to register for the ballot alongside qualifying official members they wish to attend home matches with.
• Qualifying supporters can register together as a group, or as an individual. 
• Once the registration period has ended, if demand exceeds capacity, a ballot will take place and supporters will be notified of the results by email after 3pm on Friday August 5.
• If a ballot is not required, then all supporters who have registered will be able to enrol into the Auto Cup Scheme(s). Supporters will be notified by email after 3pm on Friday August 5.
• Successful supporters will have the opportunity to select seats together, subject to availability

PLEASE NOTE: Season ticket holders are NOT guaranteed a seat if you choose to register for the ballot. We strongly recommend that you enrol during the dedicated Additional Enrolment Period set aside for season ticket holders to secure a seat in each scheme you qualify for.

PLEASE NOTE: Wheelchair spaces ONLY now remain available for all three schemes. Enrolment for wheelchair spaces will end at 9am on Thursday August 25th.
