Will I have to queue on the site to enter the ballot?
You may have to queue at times. Please note that there is no advantage to entering a ballot as soon as the ballot entry period opens. Provided you enter before the period closes, you will be entered and all ballot entries will be randomised before the ballot takes place.
How many supporters can enter a ballot at the same time, within the same booking?
You can enter a ballot for up to a maximum of four eligible supporters within each booking.
If I enter a ballot with other supporters, will we be entered into the ballot as a group?
Yes, you will all be entered into the ballot as a group. Those who enter a ballot together, will either ALL be successful or ALL unsuccessful.
I want to enter a ballot for adult/junior tickets. What do I do?
Please ensure that you select the Price Type relevant to the age of each supporter when entering a ballot. Supporters entering a ballot for adult/junior tickets should also enter as a pair or on a 2:1 ratio. Failure to do so will result in your ballot entry being declined.
I am disabled and require a personal assistant(s). What do I do?
If you require a personal assistant(s), you must enter the ballot for both you and your personal assistant(s) at the same time. Failure to do so will result in your ballot entry being declined.

Can I enter a ballot for disabled & non-disabled supporters in the same ballot entry?
Disabled supporters and non-disabled supporters cannot enter the ballot within the same booking.
Can I modify or cancel a ballot entry once it has been submitted?
If you need to modify or cancel a ballot entry, e.g, remove or add a supporter, or amend the payment card details you have registered, you can do so here before the closing date. Please note that only the supporter who submitted the ballot entry, i.e. the lead booker, will be able to modify or cancel the ballot entry.
If I enter a ballot for more than one ticket and my booking is successful, will we be allocated seats together?
Yes, seats will automatically be allocated together.
If my booking is successful in a ballot, can I Forward my ticket to one of my Friends & Family?
No, Local General sale tickets are not available to ‘Forward’ or ‘Distribute’ to your Friends and Family.
What happens if I am successful in the ballot, but my payment fails?
If your payment is attempted but is then declined by your bank, the system will automatically move on to the next ballot entry and we will be unable to allocate tickets to you and those you entered the ballot with. In this instance, you will see a cancelled reservation in the ‘Reservations’ section of My Account.
If you need to modify the payment card details you have registered, you can do so here before the closing date. Please note that only the supporter who submitted the ballot entry, i.e. the lead booker, will be able to modify or cancel the ballot entry.
Please note: your bank account may show a pending transaction if you’re your payment was attempted but declined.
