Ballot Registration

 

Registration for the ballot for Season Ticket Holders and Official Members is based on the following Carabao Cup fixtures recorded during the 2024-25 season:

Home games:                                     Away games:

Tottenham Hotspur (06.02.25)            Tottenham Hotspur (08.01.25)

West Ham (25.09.24)                          Southampton (18.12.24)

                                                            Brighton & Hove Albion (30.10.24)    

 

Supporters who have recorded 2 of the above games are eligible to register online for the ballot from 12pm on Tuesday 11 February until 7.30am on Thursday 13 February. Supporters can register up to eight eligible supporters in one transaction.

If you require adult/junior tickets, please ensure you register together within the same transaction.  Adult/Junior tickets can be registered on a ratio of 2:1.

Disabled supporters must register with their personal assistant(s) if required.

All supporters that register for the ballot will be notified of the ballot results by email on Thursday 20 February.  Ballot results will not be uploaded to My Account. 

 

Ballot Results

 

Once the registration period has ended Civica will undertake the ballot. There are two potential outcomes;

 

  1. SUCCESSFUL

       Supporters who are successful in the ballot can purchase from 11am on Friday 21 February until 7.30am on Monday 24 February.

  1. WAITING LIST

Supporters unsuccessful in the ballot will be given a waiting list number and in the event tickets are available, will be contacted in numerical order by email on Thursday 20 February, with further details on how and when to buy tickets.

If this sale goes ahead, tickets will be available online only, and on a first come first served basis until sold out.

Tickets will not be guaranteed to all who apply, and a queueing system will be in place. 

Access to this sale will be via a unique link which will be emailed to eligible supporters on Thursday 27 February. 

The number of tickets made available to supporters on the waiting list will depend on the number of tickets remaining following the earlier sales.
