As a Priority Right Holder can I purchase tickets with friends/family who are eligible Season Ticket Holders or Members?
Yes, during the guaranteed sale that takes place from 8.15am on Friday 14 February until 7.30am on Monday 17 February.
All other supporters are required to enter a ballot subject to the qualifying criteria and it is not possible for Priority Rights Holders to purchase tickets with anyone successful in the ballot.
What is the age limit to purchase a junior ticket?
A junior is classed as being 16 years and under.
Children aged 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Under 2s will not be permitted into the stadium.
I am eligible to purchase a ticket in the guaranteed sale taking place on Friday 14 February, can I purchase my ticket with friends/family who are successful in the ballot instead?
No, it will not be possible for you to purchase tickets with anyone who is successful in the ballot. You can only purchase tickets within the sale taking place from 8.15am on Friday 14 February until 7.30am on Monday 17 February.
If I purchase a ticket on Level 2, will I have hospitality access or Club Wembley North access?
No, you will only have access to a seat. These seats are padded and roomier than Level 1 or 5 seats. They also include a cup holder and programme holder.
I am in the Auto Cup Scheme, is my payment taken automatically?
No. Auto Cup Scheme payments are taken for home Cup matches only.

Am I able to forward my ticket to anyone?
Tickets are strictly non-transferable and are not available to forward to other supporters
How will I receive my digital ticket?
Supporters will be required to download a one-off digital pass to their smartphone wallet to gain access to Wembley Stadium.
New for season 2024/25 - digital passes for this fixture can only be downloaded from the ticket section in your My Account. Each individual supporter must have completed Single Sign On to be able to log into their My Account to download their own ticket. Tickets will not be issued via email.
Dates of when your digital pass will be available for you to download will be published on our Ticket Fulfilment page.
Season Ticket and Membership NFC Passes WILL NOT be activated for stadium entry for this game.

Am I eligible to register for the ballot?
Ballot registration is available to Season Ticket Holders and Members who have recorded two Carabao Cup matches played during season 2024/25.
An email will also be sent on Monday 10 February to all supporters who are eligible to register for the ballot.
Can I still register my interest for the ballot if I forwarded one or more of my tickets for the Carabao Cup home games this season?
Yes, as long as the tickets were purchased in your name / supporter ID. For season 2024/25 the match credit remains with the original purchaser.
Will I need to make a payment or enter card details when registering?
No, payment is not required during the registration process.
When and how will I be notified of the outcome of the ballot?
All emails informing supporters if they have been successful or not will be sent on Thursday 20 February. Ballot results will not be uploaded to My Account.
If I register with other supporters, will we be entered into the ballot as a group?
If I am successful, do I have to purchase tickets with the supporters who I registered with?
No, you can either purchase on your own or together as a group.
If my ballot application is unsuccessful, will there be another opportunity to purchase tickets?
Supporters unsuccessful in the ballot will be given a waiting list number and in the event tickets are available, will be contacted in numerical order by email on Thursday 27 February, with further details on how and when to buy tickets.
The number of tickets made available to supporters on the waiting list will depend on the number of tickets remaining following the guaranteed sales.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS
I am an ambulant disabled supporter; will I need to purchase specific disabled seating for this match?
Supporters who require ambulant seating can choose from seats identified specifically as ambulant seating. Alternatively, ambulant supporters can purchase in any available area of the stadium.
