Ballot

Season Ticket Holders and Official Members can register for the ballot based on the following Emirates FA Cup fixtures recorded during the 2021-22 season:

Home games:                              Away games:

Shrewsbury (09.01.22)              Nottingham Forest (20.03.22)

Cardiff (06.02.22)

Norwich (02.03.22)                   

As confirmed ahead of the sales for the FA Cup Semi-Final, the game against Manchester City at Wembley, will not count as credit for the 2021/22 FA Cup Final.

Supporters who have recorded 3 of the above games are eligible to register online for the ballot now until 5pm Wednesday 27 April.

Supporters can register up to eight eligible supporters in one transaction.

If you require adult/junior tickets, please ensure you register together within the same transaction.  Adult/Junior tickets can be registered on a ratio of 2:1.

Disabled supporters must register with their personal assistant(s) if required.

All supporters that register in the ballot will be notified of the ballot results by email after 3pm Friday April 29. 

Supporters will also be able to check ‘My Account’ after 9am Saturday April 30, to find out if they are successful or have been given a waiting list position. 

Ballot Results

Once the registration period has ended Civica will undertake the ballot. There are two potential outcomes;

1. SUCCESSFUL

Supporters who are successful in the ballot will be able to purchase tickets online only from 10am Sunday May 1 until 7.30am Tuesday May 3.

2. WAITING LIST

Supporters unsuccessful in the ballot will be given a waiting list number and contacted in numerical order by email from 3pm Tuesday May 3, with further details on how and when to buy tickets.

The number of tickets made available to supporters on the waiting list will depend on the number of tickets remaining following the guaranteed sales.

If a fourth sale does go ahead, tickets will be available ONLINE, on a first come first served basis until sold out.

Tickets will not be guaranteed to all that apply, and a queueing system will be in place.

Non disabled and Ambulant supporters

Supporters who have recorded 3 of the above games are eligible to register online for the ballot from 2pm Monday March 28 until 7.30am Thursday March 31.

Supporters can register up to eight eligible supporters in one transaction.

If you require adult/junior tickets, please ensure you register together within the same transaction.  Adult/Junior tickets can be registered on a ratio of 2:1.

All supporters that register in the ballot will be notified of the results after 3pm on Friday April 1.

Wheelchair users

Supporters who have recorded 3 of the above games are eligible to register online for the ballot from 2pm Monday March 28 until 7.30am Thursday March 31.

Supporters can register up to eight eligible supporters in one transaction.

All supporters that register in the ballot will be notified of the results after 3pm on Friday April 1.

Ballot Results
