Ballot Registration

Seasonal Hospitality Premier Club and Carlsberg Dugout Members, Season Ticket Holders and Official Members can register for the ballot based on the following FA Cup fixtures recorded during the 2021-22 season:

Home games:                       Away games:

Shrewsbury (09.01.22)          Nottingham Forest (20.03.22)

Cardiff (06.02.22)

Norwich (02.03.22)

Supporters who have recorded at least one of the above games are eligible to register online for the ballot from 1pm Thursday July 7 until 7.30am Monday July 11.

Supporters can register up to eight eligible supporters in one transaction.

If you require adult/junior tickets, please ensure you register together within the same transaction.  Adult/Junior tickets can be registered on a ratio of 2:1.

Disabled supporters must register with their personal assistant(s) if required.

All supporters that register in the ballot will be notified of the ballot results by email after 3pm Wednesday July 13. 

Supporters will also be able to check ‘My Account’ after 11am Thursday July 14, to find out if they are successful or have been given a waiting list position. 

Ballot Results

Once the registration period has ended Civica will undertake the ballot. There are two potential outcomes;

1. SUCCESSFUL

Supporters who are successful in the ballot will be able to purchase tickets online only from 8.15am Friday July 15 until 6.30am Monday July 18.

2. WAITING LIST

Supporters unsuccessful in the ballot will be given a waiting list number and contacted in numerical order by email after 3pm Monday July 18, with further details on how and when to buy tickets.

The number of tickets made available to supporters on the waiting list will depend on the number of tickets remaining following the guaranteed sale.

Seasonal Hospitality Premier Club and Carlsberg Dugout Members, Season Ticket Holders and Official Members who:

•         REGISTER for the BALLOT, and,
•         Are given a WAITING LIST position, and
•         Then qualify for a ticket, due to their waiting list position becoming successful

Can buy online from 11am Tuesday July 19

If this sale does go ahead, tickets will be available ONLINE, on a first come first served basis and we cannot guarantee tickets will be available to all that apply, and a queueing system will be in place.
