LFC opens ticket ballot for Anfield clash with Tottenham

• General admission ticket ballot opening for Spurs game
• 2,000 supporters able to attend
• Applications from Liverpool City Region only

• Fans must complete health declaration 24 hours before kick-off
• Ballot closes 3pm on Wednesday December 9

As with the ballot for last weekend’s match against Wolverhampton Wanderers, 2,000 supporters can attend the game and public health guidance outlines that this ballot is only open to supporters who live within the Liverpool City Region.

Fans must also be a season ticket holder or current official Member with 19 credits from the 2018-19 Premier League season who have completed Fan Update.

All supporters eligible to enter the ballot process for both general admission and hospitality tickets were contacted directly via email ahead of the Wolves match.

Season ticket holders and official Members who did not purchase a ticket for the Wolves game will be able to enter the ballot for Spurs online from today until 3pm on Wednesday December 9.

Supporters who enter the ballot will be notified of the results on Thursday December 10 via email. The sale will then take place on Friday December 11 at 10am. The ballot for hospitality Members will open from tomorrow and these supporters will be contacted separately.

Fans now have the option of registering for the ballot as a group, with up to three other members of their household or support bubble. This means that all supporters who enter the ballot together will either all be successful together or will all be placed on the ticket waiting list if they are not successful. Fans can also simply enter the ballot as an individual, with the option of buying just a single ticket should they be successful or being placed on the waiting list as an individual.

This has been amended from the ballot for the Wolves fixture to ensure that all successful supporters who register as a group will be able to attend with their household or support bubble.

Any supporters successful in this ballot who purchase a ticket will be excluded from entering future ballots until all other eligible supporters have been successful. If any eligible fans choose not to enter this ballot, then they will still be able to enter future ballots.

Before entering the ballot, fans must refer to a new Supporter Code of Conduct and, if successful, complete a health declaration questionnaire 24 hours before kick-off to ensure they comply with the new guidelines that will be in place to make Anfield as safe as possible for everybody present. The link to this will be sent with the purchase confirmation email but will only be live 24 hours before kick-off.

The Main Stand will be open for hospitality Members and wheelchair users and personal assistants only, and the Kop will be in use for general admission tickets.

The club will again be using NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for stadium entry for this game, which means that tickets will be digital and only available on a smart mobile phone. A full guide on how to complete this process and use the pass can be accessed here. These tickets are non-transferrable and cannot be forwarded on to another mobile phone.
